The common-cathode ("CC") displays have a total
of 10 pins on the rear of the unit. There are 2 common cathode (negative)
terminals; 7 positive terminals for the digit segments ("A" through
to "G"); and 1 further positive terminal for the decimal place
("DP") character. Figure 1 illustrates this.
